Job Position – Junior IT & Network Technician
Company Name – IFPS
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate and monitor the live CCTV surveillance system, manage DVR/NVR video footage playback, and log footage backups.
– Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, routers, switches, and LAN connections.
– Act as the initial point of contact for IT support, resolving basic hardware, software, and printer issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Hardware & Networking.
– Freshers with good technical knowledge are highly welcome.
– Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and clear communication skills.
– Foundational understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), IP routing, and LAN troubleshooting.
