Job Position – Junior IT & Network Technician
Company Name – IFPS

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor the live CCTV surveillance system, manage DVR/NVR video footage playback, and log footage backups.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, routers, switches, and LAN connections.
3. Act as the initial point of contact for IT support, resolving basic hardware, software, and printer issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Hardware & Networking.
2. Freshers with good technical knowledge are highly welcome.
3. Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and clear communication skills.
4. Foundational understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), IP routing, and LAN troubleshooting.
