-Basic experience in IT support or system administration.
-Knowledge of Windows Servers, networking, and computer systems.
-Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
-Good communication skills and ability to provide end-user support.
-Available to join immediately with Valid QID
