Job Position – Junior Quantity Surveyor

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional looking to develop their expertise in cost management and quantity surveying while working on a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with cost estimates and cost plans across various design stages
Support quantity take-offs and measurement activities
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and tender documentation
Assist with tender evaluations and contractor submissions
Support feasibility studies and budget development
Maintain cost databases and benchmarking information
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
1–3 years of Quantity Surveying or Cost Consultancy experience (internship experience considered)
Understanding of pre-contract cost management processes
Strong Excel, analytical, and numerical skills
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
Preferred
Experience on residential, hospitality, or building projects
UAE/GCC market exposure
Working toward professional accreditation such as (RICS)
