Job Position – Key Account Executive

Strong background in managing both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade accounts within the FMCG/Food Manufacturing sector.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the food industry

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across modern & traditional trade channels

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize market share

Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure client satisfaction

Analyze sales performance data to drive growth and spot opportunities

Lead negotiations for pricing, promotions, and listing with key retailers

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales/account management role within the food/FMCG sector

Proven track record in handling both Modern Trade (Carrefour, Lulu, etc.) and Traditional Trade (wholesalers, co-ops)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

UAE Driving License is a must

Based in the UAE or willing to relocate
