Job Position – Key Account Executives & Managers
Company Name – Iffco
Management of the sales and distribution activities of Dry / Express / Fresh category in Dubai for Modern Trade. This includes all related business activities relating to; manpower structure, products, customers.
Basic Responsibilities:
To achieve sales targets for the area specified
Leadership of the sales team
Responsible to the profitability of the assigned area
Accountable to the collection and receivables
To achieve distribution targets by channel and category
Accountable to the allocated marketing budget
Setting monthly targets to sales team in area
Customer serviceability
Responsible for Dry / Express /Fresh category of Modern Trade for assigned region.
KPI’s:
Volume and Value target achievement & collection targets within timeline.
Service targets being exceeded.
Correct product distribution in outlets under supervision.
Achieving operational benchmark standards.
Development of personnel
TMI management
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in business or management related field.
MBA Preferable
Work Experience:
For Key Account Managers, min 5 to 7 years’ experience in Modern Trade dealing with food products sales
For Key Account Executives, min 3 to 5 years’ experience in Modern Trade dealing with food products sales
