Job Position – Kindergarten Teacher

Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
-Teaching certification or license (state-specific)
-Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a classroom setting
-Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children
Responsibilities:
– Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive social interactions and fosters a love for learning.
-Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and engage young learners.
– Provide individualized support to students, catering to their unique needs and learning styles.
-Assess student progress through regular evaluations and maintain accurate records.
– Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open lines of communication and actively involve them in their child’s education.
– Foster a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, curiosity, and exploration.
