Job Position – Kitchen Equipment Technician

Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance on kitchen equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various kitchen appliances, including ovens, grills, refrigerators, and coffee machines.
Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to address equipment-related concerns.
Install new kitchen equipment, ensuring it meets safety and operational standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Coordinate with suppliers to order spare parts and equipment when needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician in a restaurant, coffee shop, or related industry.
Knowledge of various kitchen appliances and equipment.
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability for flexible working hours.
