Job Position – L1 Field Support Engineer

Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
2. · Troubleshoot operating system and application-related issues (Windows, MS Office, email, etc.).
3. · Install, configure, and upgrade end-user hardware and software as per IT policies.
4. · Manage user accounts, access rights, and group policies in Active Directory.
5. · Support connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP telephony.
6. · Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements.
7. · Log incidents and service requests accurately in the ITSM tool and follow through to resolution.
8. · Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities (device setup, profile configurations).
9. · Participate in IT asset inventory, audits, and compliance reporting.
10. · Maintain documentation, FAQs, and user guides for common issues.
