Job Position – L1-L2 Technician

Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. The L1-L2 Technician will be responsible for resolving technical problems in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to higher-level support, and maintaining accurate documentation of all support activities.
Responsibilities:
– Provide first and second level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network devices.
– Assist with user account management, including creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts.
– Respond to and resolve support tickets within established SLAs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical problems.
– Escalate complex issues to higher-level support personnel when necessary.
– Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user information.
– Participate in the development and delivery of user training sessions and workshops.
– Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
– Proven experience as an L1-L2 Technician. – Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
– Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
– Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks
simultaneously.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Ability to adapt to changing technology and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Depends upon experience
