Job Position – L1 Service Desk Engineer
Company Name – Sundus Global
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract: 3 Months and extendable to 1 Year
Salary: AED 4000
Key Accountabilities
– Respond to Service Desk calls and emails in line with SLA terms.
– Log and provide first-level online support for tickets using ITSM application.
– Escalate unresolved tickets to second-level support teams and monitor all open tickets.
– Close resolved tickets using ITSM application.
– Schedule preventive maintenance for the devices that are under vendor SLA.
Qualifications
– Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
– Certification in Microsoft Specialist: Windows 10
– Certification in ITIL Foundation v3 ? A+, Network+
