– Basic L1 Network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN)
– Cisco device support (switches, routers, access points)
– Incident handling & ticket resolution
– RMA (Return Material Authorization) handling for faulty hardware
– ITIL framework knowledge (Incident / Change / Problem Management)
– Basic networking: IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing basics
