Job Position – L1 Technical Support Resource
Company Name – Visa Grab International
Salary: 4000 AED to 4500 AED + Gas, Car Maintenance, Salik, Parking fee
Nationality: Any nationality
Visa Status: OWN VISA with Car and Driving License
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, Troubleshooting, or a related field
• Knowledge of IT Help Desk procedures and ticketing systems• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
• Ability to maintain a knowledge base of commonly faced issues and their solutions
• Ability to maintain and update the hardware and software of the organization
