Job Position – L2 Collaboration Engineer

Someone with the following experience:
6+ yrs
Strong experience in CUCM, CMS or Webex (On Prem/VC)
CMS Architecture: Configure and troubleshoot core CMS components, including Call Bridge clustering, Web Bridge, Database replication, and Recorder/Streamer.
CUCM Integration: Manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager
CMS API Utilization: Leverage the CMS API to configure advanced parameters not available in the GUI and automate bulk provisioning tasks.
Automation Scripting: Develop Python scripts to automate health checks, log analysis, and routine maintenance for CMS and CUCM environments.
DevOps Integration: Apply DevOps practices (e.g., Git, Ansible) to manage configuration versioning and streamline infrastructure updates.
