Job Position – L2 Technical Support Engineer

Requirement:
• 6+ years IT support experience (preferably MSP environment)
• Strong in Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, AD
• Experience with firewalls (FortiGate/SonicWall), Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, Backup tools (Veeam/Acronis), and endpoint security
• Good communication skills
• Driving license preferred
