Job Position – Learning Support Assistant – Maths

What you’ll actually be doing:
-Supporting secondary students in Maths lessons and across the curriculum
-Working closely with teachers to adapt and reinforce learning
-Promoting inclusion and meaningful participation for all learners
-Encouraging student independence, confidence, and progress
Who this role is for:
-Bachelor’s degree in Maths
-Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Patient, proactive, and compassionate approach to supporting students
