Position Overview:
Seeking fresh law graduates from UAE universities to join our Dubai team as Legal Interns. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various legal practice areas, work closely with experienced professionals, and contribute to high-impact legal projects.
As a legal intern, you will work in a collaborative environment that will sharpen your legal knowledge and enhance your practical skills. You will also benefit from world-class training and mentorship from our seasoned legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on a variety of corporate, commercial, and labor law topics.
• Support the legal team in due diligence and fact-finding exercises.
• Engage in real estate, intellectual property, and litigation support tasks.
• Provide in-house legal support to our clients, under supervision.
• Participate in meetings with clients and contribute to legal strategies.
Candidate Profile:
• Fresh law graduate or junior UAE based lawyer.
• Strong academic background in law.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
