Job Position – Linux System Engineer

Location: Oman
Responsibilities:-
• Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering
• Experience:
5 – 7 years of proven experience in similar role
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters using Rancher
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of Kubernetes workloads
• Troubleshoot and optimize Kubernetes environments for performance and reliability
• Manage Rancher environments, including multi-cluster orchestration, security policies, and monitoring
• Automate Kubernetes operations using Helm, Kustomize, and Terraform
• Manage and maintain Linux-based servers (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, etc.)
• Implement best practices for system security, patch management, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level issues related to networking, storage, and user access
• Strong understanding of air-gapped/offline environments and their operational constraints
• Operate and maintain Linux local-hosted repositories in air-gapped environments, including package updates, patch management, and repository synchronization
