Job Position – Load Controller

Location: Sharjah, U.A.E
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years
Are you an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in Load Control and Ground Handling? We’re looking for a dedicated Load Controller to join our growing team!
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong aviation background with a relevant degree
-Fluent in English (spoken & written)
-Minimum 2+ years of experience in Load Control & Ground Handling
-Hands-on experience with Wide Body Freighter Operations (747F)
-In-depth knowledge of load planning, weight and balance, and aircraft limitations
-Proficiency in EDI messaging and ENS/ICS2 declarations to EU customs
-Ability to coordinate with GHA, Clients, OCC, and Service Providers
-Strong focus on safety, compliance, and accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
-Aircraft load planning & weight/balance calculation
-Loadability checks & compliance with aircraft limitations
-EDI messaging & EU customs summary declarations
-Coordination with internal & external stakeholders
-Support audits, safety inspections, and compliance surveys
