Job Position – Logistic Coordinator
Company Name – Thesay Pharma
Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
-3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
-Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
-International logistics experience is highly preferred (handling global suppliers, freight forwarders, and overseas shipments).
-Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs clearance, inventory management, and shipment coordination.
-Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
-Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and monitor daily local and international shipments.
-Manage logistics documentation: invoices, packing lists, AWB, clearance papers, and regulatory documents.
-Maintain inventory updates and ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
-Communicate with suppliers, freight agents, customs brokers, and internal departments.
-Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and resolve logistics challenges.
-Ensure compliance with UAE and international pharma logistics regulations.
