Job Position – Logistics Coordinator

Proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong logistics and sales coordination and client handling skills in the precast sector.
Requirements & Duties:
– Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– 2–4 years of experience in the precast industry (mandatory)
– Experience handling project-based deliveries and site coordination is highly preferred
– Knowledge of precast products, delivery scheduling, and dispatch planning
– Coordinate with production, logistics, and project/site teams
– Handle sales coordination tasks and client follow-ups
– Support the sales team with documentation and order tracking
– Plan and monitor dispatch schedules based on production readiness and site priorities
– Track deliveries and resolve logistics or site-related issues promptly
– Strong client coordination and relationship management skills
– Good communication and problem-solving ability
– Accurate reporting and record-keeping
