Job Position – Logistics Coordinator
Company Name – Pact Employment
Salary: Up to AED 6,000
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required:
-2 to 3 years of experience as an FC and Logistics Operations Manager
-Experience in managing operations teams (more than 10 associates and a large pool of drivers)
Key Responsibilities:
-Prioritize safety in handling shipments both in-house and on the road.
-Plan and execute morning dispatch wave plans for delivery associates.
-Own the Logistics delivery experience KPIs: Success rate (delivery & pickup), Optimize truck utilization, improve SPR (Shipments per route), Cost per order.
-Coordinate with outsourced headcount providers for hiring, onboarding, and training associates.
-Continuously optimize operations processes to enhance productivity.
-Work with TMS (Transportation Management System) to optimize route planning.
-Identify opportunities for cost optimization and speed improvements in FC and logistics flow.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Operations, FC, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
-2 to 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in FC & Logistics.
-Experience in managing operations teams (>10 associates and drivers).
-Strong skills in Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and creating process flows.
-Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems.
