About the job
We are looking for a “Loyalty Solution Architect” with at least 10 years experience in architecting and designing solutions using microservices around digital marketing and customer relationship management initiatives. Broad enterprise marketing capabilities design, delivery and management.
Experience & Responsibilities
- 10 years of more of experience in IT Industry with 5+ years of experiences working as a solution architect.
- 5 years broad enterprise marketing capabilities design, delivery and management. Experience in architecting and designing solutions using microservices around digital marketing and customer relationship management initiatives.
- Significant experience in presenting ideas, products, concept papers to varied audiences
- Experience supporting peer teams and their responsibilities, such as infrastructure, operations, engineering, info-security, analytics
- Experience in technology procurement process and management
- Working in a diverse, international company and able to work with multiple stakeholders and matrix managed teams
- Charismatic with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
