Responsibilities-Maintenance Engineer:
Responsible for all electrical and automation maintenance activities in the plant. Maintain PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell). Maintain mechanical, automation and instrumentation components such as process controllers, motor drives, power distribution, sensors, and transmitters.
Requirements-Maintenance Engineer:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Automation Engineering or related field.
– Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in maintenance of Filling and Grinding equipment
– Hands-on experience in the Filling lines, Processing, and grinding machines.
Responsibilities-Utility Technician:
Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul utility equipment, cold rooms, and facility issues. Install, maintain, or repair utility equipment according to blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or instructions. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as specified in the machine manuals. Prepare and submit maintenance reports. Execute and install new projects within the factory. Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Requirements-Utility Technician:
– Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation.
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the dairy, beverages, or food manufacturing industries.
– Hands-on experience in the maintenance & operation of the following systems :
– Ammonia Refrigeration plant
– Steam Generation plant (Boilers)
– RO Plant & Water Treatment Station
– Chilled water system
– High & Low air compressor systems
