Job Position – Manager – Student Recruitment & Admissions

Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage marketing, student recruitment and admissions activities.
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrolment and conversion targets
– Manage and mentor the Student Recruitment & Admissions team
– Oversee the complete student journey from enquiry and application to enrolment
– Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, education consultants and recruitment partners
– Monitor recruitment performance, lead conversion and admissions KPIs
– Coordinate with Academic, Finance and other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process
– Ensure compliance with university, regulatory and admissions requirements
– Represent the university at education fairs, school visits, events and other recruitment activities
Candidate Profile:
– Experience in student recruitment and admissions within higher education
– Strong knowledge of the UAE education market (Minimum 5 years)
– Proven experience in achieving recruitment and enrolment targets
– Excellent team management, communication and relationship-building skills
– Strong understanding of admissions processes and compliance requirements
– Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
– Experience with UK universities or international higher education will be an advantage
