Located : Abu Dhabi

The Marine Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recruitment process for marine personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. They will collaborate with various external stakeholders and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
– Proven experience in marine recruitment or related field
– Knowledge of maritime industry regulations and requirements
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Proficiency in MS Office.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Willing to relocate in Abu-Dhabi UAE.
