Job Position – Marketing Analyst

A. POSITION PURPOSE :
To leverage data and analytics to provide insights that drive strategic marketing decisions.
B. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES :
• Utilize hands-on experience to efficiently handle and analyze data.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems, extracting valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Provide actionable insights derived from research to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.
• Execute various marketing tasks as per the dynamic requirements of the Marketing Department.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of result-oriented marketing campaigns.
• Visit labor camps for on-ground activations, ensuring our brand is visible and engaging with the target audience effectively.
• Actively participate in events, representing Al Ansari Exchange to foster brand awareness and engagement.
• Conduct strategic visits to embassies to explore collaborative opportunities and enhance Al Ansari Exchange’s brand presence.
• Conduct on-ground surveys to gather valuable insights and feedback from our target audiences.
• Drive revenue by successfully selling ad space on Al Ansari Exchange Digital’s screens.
• Establish co-branded and mutually beneficial tie-ups with other brands to extend our market reach.
• Monitor competitors and provide reports with actionable plans
• Suggest initiatives to generate new revenue streams
• Act as an all-rounder, providing comprehensive support for various marketing activities, adapting as per the dynamic needs of the department.
C. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Bachelor’s Degree is essential preferably in Marketing
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Self-motivated, hardworking and proactive
• Familiar with working in a competitive, fast paced and KPI – driven environment
• You must be articulate and able to communicate across various levels in the organization
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Outstanding English communication skills, bilingual is an advantage.
