Job Position – Marketing Executive

Join the team as a Marketing Executive and play a vital role in driving our marketing initiatives to success. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all projects align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate marketing campaigns and seasonal activities across multiple resorts.
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
– Serve as a point of contact for external partners, such as PR agencies and media partners, to facilitate campaign execution.
– Assist in organizing photo and video shoots at various resorts to create compelling marketing content.
– Uphold brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all marketing materials.
– Support press activities, media visits, and promotional events as needed.
– Manage internal marketing documentation, asset libraries, and project trackers efficiently.
– Prepare engaging marketing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– At least 1 year of marketing coordination experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industries.
– Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to juggle multiple projects under strict deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and partners.
– Basic understanding of digital, PR, and offline marketing concepts.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project management tools is a bonus.
– Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
– A background in hospitality is a plus.
