About the job

Position: Marketing Executive

Reporting to: UAE Country Manager

  • Experience in integrated marketing communications planning. Campaign management with focus on consistency of messages, implementing different promotions/tools to increase effectiveness and relevance for each channel.
  • Focusing on the planning and analytical side of marketing.
  • Developing the country’s marketing Calendar in line with the global calendar & business objectives.
  • Complying with regional marketing strategy and same time adapting to local marketing business needs.
  • Co-ordinating the marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Preparing the company’s marketing budget and managing it.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with approved marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Develop local pricing strategy in line with Global strategy and local market capacity for new products.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns & measuring results.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity in line with Global guidelines.
  • Preparing and managing all ATL & BTL campaigns.
  • Prepare and analyse ROI for all marketing activities.
  • Developing and managing all productions of POSMs & branded materials in-store.
  • Overseeing visual merchandising plans and themes in-store as per approved marketing calendar.
  • Collaboration with advertising & digital agencies.
  • Collaboration with internal & external stake holders for new product development.
  • Creating, managing and implementing campaigns/activities that support new product and store launches.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Developing and managing brand events and PR activities as per the annual calendar.
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships to support marketing the brand.
  • Initiate market research studies as per requirement and analyse their findings.
  • Negotiate with marketing vendors to secure cost-effective execution of the marketing calendar.
