Job Position – Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute real estate marketing strategies for property listings and projects
-Manage digital campaigns (social media, Google Ads, property portals)
-Generate qualified leads and optimize conversion rates
-Oversee content creation (property listings, ads, videos, brochures)
-Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with targets
-Track performance metrics and improve ROI
Requirements:
-2/4years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate within the UAE
-Strong knowledge of UAE property market and buyer behavior
-Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems
-Experience with property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
-UAE experience is a must
