Master Data Analyst for a Multinational Company in Dubai South

Purpose of job
•      Maintain the database for the Middle East Region processing requests from the Purchasing Department.
•      Update the database within his/her scope of responsibility following the governance rules
•      Contribute to the improvement of the Master data management process in coordination with the central team in Paris

Responsibilities :
1-     Responsible for the data quality (consistency, accuracy…) of the Middle East region
2-     Responsible for providing all information required by any department (Purchase prices, Sales price)
3-     Analyze and solve the issues faced by users related to a wrong master data configuration (Forecast, Replenishment, Reports)

Role :
·        Enrich and maintain the local database.
·        Contact the requestors from the different departments (Supply Chain, purchasing…) to manage their requests and ensure quality
·        List the products as per the catalogs on different plants
·        Create and update the retail prices
·        Manage the product life cycle process for my database
·        Advise enhancements of the Master Data management process
