Requirements:
– Qualification in Medical Coding or a related field.
– Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems.
– Understanding of UAE health insurance claims and coding guidelines is an advantage.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Good communication and computer skills.
– Ability to review medical records and ensure accurate coding.
Key Responsibilities:
– Review medical records and assign appropriate medical codes.
– Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines.
– Support insurance claims processing and resolve coding discrepancies.
– Coordinate with doctors, billing, and insurance teams.
