Key Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in medical coding, administration, and front desk operations.
Certification in Medical Coding with up-to-date knowledge.
Thorough understanding of insurance submission and approval processes in the UAE healthcare system.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to handle front desk operations.
