Job Position – Medical Coding & Marketing Coordinator
Company Name – Streamline RCM
Location: Al Ain, UAE
Hiring for a dynamic professional who can manage Medical Coding responsibilities along with Marketing & Client Coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle medical coding team and tasks and ensure coding accuracy (over see the complete RCM process)
-Understand client coding requirements and coordinate with internal coding team
Handle coding related Denials audits .and analysis
Knowledge in Tasneef and Jawda KPI. Stay updated with changes in ICD CPT payor guidelines,Jawda KPI and Tasneef Requirements
Monitor team productivity quality metrics, TAT
-Communicate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare clients professionally
-Support documentation, case flow, and coding project coordination
-Assist in bringing new medical coding projects through marketing activities
-Build and maintain strong client relationships
-Prepare reports and analyze coding data when required
Skills & Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Coding
-Certification preferred (CPC / CCS)
-Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Experience in Excel reporting, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis
-Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with teams
