Job Position – MEP BIM Coordinate
Company Name – Green Line Electromechanical
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) BIM models across all disciplines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants to integrate and resolve design issues using BIM tools.
Develop and maintain project BIM execution plans and ensure all stakeholders adhere to BIM processes and standards.
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools such as Navisworks, Revit, or similar software.
Ensure timely updates and delivery of BIM models at each project milestone.
Generate and manage schedules, quantities, and shop drawings from the BIM model.
Coordinate with BIM Managers or Project Managers for model submissions, federated models, and data exchange requirements.
Contact with third-party BIM service providers to ensure alignment with project requirements, standards, and deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
5–10 years of relevant experience in MEP BIM coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
