Job Position – MEP Coordinator
Company Name – Olsen & Partners
A leading design & build company specializing in luxury villas and high-end fit-out projects in Dubai
Location: Dubai (Business Bay)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate MEP works across all project phases
-Review and manage MEP drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs
-Ensure alignment between MEP, architectural, and structural designs
-Liaise with consultants, contractors, and site teams
-Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
-Identify and resolve technical issues proactively
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
-Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience (luxury villas preferred)
-Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination
-Experience in design & build / fit-out projects
-Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
