Job Position – MEP Coordinator
Company Name – Builtway Construction
Experience: Minimum 10 years of UAE experience
Industry: Main Contracting / Construction Company
Mandatory Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years of relevant UAE construction experience
-Previous experience working with a Main Construction / Main Contracting Company is mandatory
-Strong experience in coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
-Thorough knowledge of UAE authority regulations, codes, standards and approval procedures
-Experience coordinating with relevant authorities, consultants, subcontractors and utility/service providers
-Strong knowledge of DEWA, Civil Defence, Municipality and other applicable authority requirements
-Ability to review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical submissions
-Strong experience in MEP coordination with architectural and structural works and resolving site clashes
-Experience in authority submissions, inspections, testing & commissioning, approvals and project handover
-Ability to monitor MEP subcontractors, site progress, quality, technical compliance and project schedules
-Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
-Candidates must have proven experience delivering construction projects in the UAE
