Job Position – MEP Document Controller
Company Name – Arco Group
Manage ongoing prestigious projects. Must be available to start immediately. The ideal candidate should have previous experience of working in a small-mid-sized practice, understanding the A-Z of TURNKEY fit-out projects, as well as managing high client / managerial expectations and deadlines. Specializing in Commercial Retail projects, the candidate should possess knowledge and understanding of delivering fit-out packages, coordinating between external, internal and third-party contacts.
Requirements:
Can diversify across multiple projects, Coordinate and Manage a Project from A-Z , Procurement of Materials / Supplies, Drawing Approval, Drawing Amendments, Shop Drawings , MEP Knowledge , Effectively communicate to the site, supporting and managerial staff. Has a strong understanding of the UAE market and Municipalities of United Arab Emirates. Should have had an experience of working within a small-mid-sized practice, Retail / Commercial Experience (Desirable)
