Job Position – MEP Engineer/Coordinator
Company Name – Cni22
Project & Location: On-site for high-rise
Building project in Dubai-damac hills, UAE
Salary: 15K-20K AED/month (based on experience)
Notice Period: 1 month notice period is acceptable for candidate handover.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for on-site MEP (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire system) construction supervision, technical review and shop drawing coordination for high-rise project.
2. Coordinate MEP works with main contractor, sub-contractors, consultants and project owners.
3. Conduct BIM clash detection, MEP integration and site problem solving following Dubai local codes, DEWA and international standards.
4. Monitor construction progress, quality inspection, document sorting and project acceptance follow-up.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years MEP construction experience, high-rise project experience is preferred.
2. Familiar with Dubai construction regulations, DEWA, civil defense and international MEP standards.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and relevant office software.
4. Basic English and Arabic communication ability for daily site & office coordination.
5. Responsible, able to work overseas in Dubai with good coordination skills.
