Job Position – MEP Estimation Engineer
Company Name – Unitek General Contracting
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cost estimation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting)
Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Perform quantity take-offs and pricing
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
Evaluate tender documents and identify project risks
Prepare BOQs and cost comparison reports
Support project team during tender clarification and negotiations
Maintain estimation database and cost records
Requirements:
2–3 years of UAE experience as an MEP Estimation Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and suppliers
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
UAE Driving License is mandatory
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
