Job Position – MEP Manager

Hiring for an experienced, hands-on to lead our Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing division.
Who enjoys being on site, solving technical challenges, leading people, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
You will be responsible for managing the entire MEP department, overseeing multiple luxury residential and commercial projects while maintaining full responsibility for project execution, profitability, quality, client satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the day-to-day operations of the MEP Department.
-Take full ownership of the department’s Profit & Loss (P&L), budgeting, cost control and profitability.
-Lead, mentor and manage a team of approximately 20 MEP technicians.
-Attend client meetings and confidently represent the company throughout the project lifecycle.
-Review MEP designs, shop drawings, technical submissions and authority requirements.
-Oversee HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Alarm, ELV and Home Automation works.
-Manage procurement, material planning, BOQs, quotations and project budgets.
-Monitor project progress, quality, safety, testing, commissioning and final handover.
-Resolve technical challenges and provide practical engineering solutions on site.
-Preparation and review of MEP drawings for each project.
-Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
-Site inspections for Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing systems.
-HVAC design review, airflow calculations and equipment selection.
-Electrical load calculations, DBs, switchgear and generator integration.
-BOQ preparation, estimating and cost evaluation.
-Technical reports, inspection reports, snagging and handover documentation.
-Technical submittals, material approvals and authority coordination.
-Procurement and material planning.
-Testing and commissioning.
-Variation orders and change management.
-Risk management and problem solving.
-Resource allocation and manpower productivity.
-QA/QC, HSE and compliance with local authority requirements.
-Project scheduling, monitoring and progress reporting.
-Contract administration.
Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in MEP contracting.
-Proven experience managing luxury villas, high-end residential and commercial fitout projects.
-Previous experience managing an MEP department or leading mid size MEP teams.
