Job Position – MEP Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage the entire MEP project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
-Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
-Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks and milestones are met.
-Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.
-Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
-Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical.
-Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred.
-Experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on commercial or industrial projects.
-Minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP.
-Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their installation requirements.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
– Must be in UAE.
