Job Position – MEP Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Architecture & Planning Group
Specializing in cost management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and cost estimates for MEP systems based on design drawings and specifications.
-Advise on value engineering.
-Review and validate Tender offers.
-Conduct tender analysis and assist in contract award recommendations.
-Monitor project budgets, assess variations, and participate in preparing of cost reports.
-Liaise with design team, project managers, and client representatives.
-Ensure adherence to industry standards, local regulations, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying in UAE, preferably within a consultancy environment.
-Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies for buildings and infrastructure.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Planswift
-Working knowledge of Revit is a plus
-Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
