Job Position – MEP Supervisor

Are you a hands-on MEP expert with a flair for managing complex systems in high-traffic retail environments?
Do HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems run smoother under your watch?
If yes,
Your Mission:
a) Lead a team of skilled technicians across HVAC, plumbing & electrical systems
b) Maintain and troubleshoot walk-in chillers, refrigerators & cold storage units
c) Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with ADDC, SEWA & other local authorities
d) Coordinate with vendors and contractors to keep operations seamless
e) Keep detailed maintenance logs and reports
f) Deliver top-tier service while keeping things cool—literally!
What You Bring:
a) 5+ years of experience in MEP supervision (retail/mall projects preferred)
b) Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical & refrigeration systems
c) Leadership skills and a proactive mindset
d) Familiarity with UAE regulations (ADDC, SEWA, etc.)
e) Immediate availability is a big plus!
