Job Position – Merchandising Manager

Experience: 10-12 years of working experience
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement merchandising strategy that targets sales growth.
– Manage all aspects of special promotions displays set ups and products display in pharmacies and retail stores.
– Manage inventory sourcing and purchasing as well shelves restocking.
– Maintain relationship with vendors and suppliers
– Perform regular pharmacies and retail stores visits to ensure the execution of the merchandising strategy.
– Organize training workshops for merchandising to guide the pharmacists, sales personnel on how to implement the organization visual merchandising techniques.
-Partner with other departments to create new merchandising techniques that support the organization’s sales objectives.
