Job Position – Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst

Requirements
-Certifications: PBA/CPA/CBAP
-Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing/enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM application.
-Good understanding of MS Dynamics CRM modules and functionalities.
-Ability to match business requirements with Microsoft CRM offerings.
-Experience in public sector domain
-The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate solutions, critique others’ work, collaborate effectively and actively engage in discussions and group decision-making.
-An analytical mind, with the ability to synthesize requirements and design solutions.
-Knowledge in privacy and security laws.
-Ability to work well within a collaborative team, including the ability to recognize dependencies between each other’s work, to seek feedback and to clearly present ideas and research findings.
-Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Salary is expandable only upto 12K AED.
