1) Directors / Managers: Asset Management (04)
– Senior person with 10+ years experience in Hospitality Industry with a focus on hotel operations.
– Experience in MiddleEast and European market is a must.
– Lead the strategic management & vision of the company. Daily Financial and operational oversight.
– Quality Assurance and Performance monitoring. Operational Analysis & development.
– Incumbent must be able to develop talent across our assets. Ability to work in fast paced is a must.
The candidate will possess the following:
– A bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Asset Management, Hotel Management, Finance, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Development.
– 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or global multi-property role encompassing asset management, operations, hospitality management, real estate finance, and investments, and/or hospitality real estate development.
– Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment and adapt to various situations.
– Proven track record of collaborating with diverse hotel operators to achieve strategic objectives.
– Extensive experience in managing CAPEX and renovation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
2) Director of Finance (01)
– Senior person with 10+ years experience in Hospitality Industry with a focus on hotel operations.
– Experience in Audit & exposure in MiddleEast and European market is a must.
– Lead the financial planning, Budgeting, Forecasting across our global portfolio.
– Operational Finance, Stakeholder management, Financial reporting and compliance tole.
– Incumbent must be able to develop talent across our assets. Ability to work in fast paced is a must.
The candidate will possess the following:
– Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred
– 10+ years of finance experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel operations.
– Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic planning.
