Job Position – Network Security Engineer

Company Name – Mindtel Global

Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)

Location: Client Office – Onsite

Salary: AED 13,000 – 14,000 per month (Max)

Key Responsibilities

– L2/L3 support for enterprise network & security environments
– Troubleshooting LAN/WAN, routing, switching & security incidents
– Firewall administration and VPN support
– Incident, change & problem management as per ITIL
– Coordination with vendors and internal teams

Technical Requirements

– Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP
– WAN technologies: MPLS, SD-WAN, DMVPN
– Firewalls: Fortinet / Cisco ASA / Palo Alto (any one mandatory)
– VPNs: IPSec / SSL (Site-to-Site & Remote)
– Network monitoring tools: SolarWinds / PRTG / similar
– Exposure to Azure/AWS networking is a plus
– ITSM tools experience (ServiceNow / Remedy / BMC)

Candidate Profile

– 7+ years relevant experience
– Strong troubleshooting & operational ownership
– Able to work onsite and in shift/on-call environments
– Immediate joiners or max 30 days notice preferred
