Job Position – Network Support Engineer
Company Name – MindPool Technologies
This is for short term duration 2-3 months
Experience of 3+ years in network deployment, field support.
CCNA/CCNP Trained / certifications is preferred.
Skills
Understanding of Network Technologies
Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN routers, network switches, wireless APs
Knowledge in CISCO Products is preferred.
Experience in Racking, stacking, installation of Hardware
Through understanding of Structure Cabling
Experience in supervising the Third-Party Vendors for installation work.
Ability to login-configure Network switches, routers, Wireless Access Points
Understanding of Data Centre Environment, Infrastructure.
Responsibilites
Responsible for Onsite Installation of Network devices
Coordinate with both the remote team and onsite team to ensure smooth execution of the work at the project site
Coordinate with the third-party vendor’s resources to ensure project work completion within the specified timelines.
Coordinate with customer / customer’s team for necessary permission for installaiton of the devices
Prepare daily report to share with remote team.
Resolve onsite issues in coordincation with remote teams.
