Job Position – NICU Charge Nurse
Company Name – Saudi German Hospital
Location: Ajman, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time / Immediate Start
To lead our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team. The ideal candidate must be a Native Arabic or Tagalog speaker to support our culturally diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and supervise NICU nursing team
-Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill neonates
-Oversee patient assessments, care planning, and implementation
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
– Ensure quality, safety & compliance with hospital policies
-Mentor and support nursing staff
Requirements
-Nationality: Arabic or Filipino preferred
-Language: Native Arabic or Tagalog speaker
-Valid UAE Nursing License (DHA/HAAD/Ministry of Health)
-Minimum 3-5 years NICU experience
-Previous charge nurse / leadership experience
-Excellent clinical judgment & communication skills
