Job Position – NOC Support Engineer
Company Name – Sigma Byte Computers
Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
-Monitor network, servers, and applications using tools like SolarWinds, ManageEngine, or Zabbix.
-Handle incidents, perform L1/L2 troubleshooting, and ensure quick resolution.
-Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams and coordinate with vendors/clients.
-Provide regular updates and maintain SLA compliance.
-Perform routine maintenance, patching, and backup monitoring.
-Maintain incident logs, SOPs, and RCA documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
-Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, routing & switching
-Familiar with SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, and basic CLI (Cisco/Juniper)
-Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
-1–3 years (L1) or 3–5 years (L2) experience in NOC/IT support
-Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS; CCNA/ITIL preferred
Soft Skills
-Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
-Strong communication and ability to work in 24/7 shifts
-Ability to handle pressure and multitask
